We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Analyst to join the Technology Development Team at St James's Place. The primary objective for this role is to define best practice policies, processes, technical design for the development and delivery of the Identity and Access Management capabilities for employees, the Partnership, and third parties at St. James's Place.
The role is key to supporting the current programme for IAM services, maximising the use of automation in the IAM processes to ensure SJP obtain maximum benefit from its investment in Active Directory, Sailpoint, and ServiceNow products.

What you'll be doing?
- Defining and documenting processes and technology solutions that deliver the IAM capabilities needed for SJP.
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise on Identity Access Management (IAM) provisioning processes and workflows
- Providing technical expertise on the Sailpoint and AD(or other equivalent IAM tools), ensuring the design and implementation of SJP's IAM solutions fully exploit the features of the platform and maximise operational efficiency
- Identifying data quality improvements to reduce exception processing and manual interventions
- Collaborate with Technology Operations teams to ensure system policies, specifically Group Policies and Address Policies remain aligned
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of the SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool or similar
- Experienced in designing and management of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills and People Management skills
- Understanding of mobile, digital and cloud security solutions and their impact on IAM design and architecture
- Ability to learn a complex systems estate and quickly map dependencies and integrations in order to define solutions or identify issues that could occur in the IAM system
- Understanding IAM APIs, IAM access processes, and IAM provisioning processes
