Your role at Exness:

You will support our Internal Security team and Protection division in general in performing their duties to implement the set of measures aimed to provide effective internal security throughout Exness.
You will:

General:
  • Review of work procedures and activities to eliminate potential fraud and improve the current processes by using the best international practices and knowledge.
  • Define the vulnerabilities in the process/project/products to eliminate fraud and make recommendations to decrease such risk.
  • Preparation of the business requirements of the tools/reports for detecting potential fraud.
  • Perform analysis of new and complex fraud cases.
  • Сreation, launch and supervision of the new processes.

Specified:

Vendors/Digital Affiliates verification:
  • Conducting Vendors/Digital Affiliates checks, preparing audit reports, and doing an analysis of the results.
  • Preparation of the reports on the revealed facts in relation to vendors and their justification.
  • Conducting checks on the conflict of interests.
  • Conducting OSINT and Media Analysis.
  • Conducting Finance Analysis.

Screening process:
  • Conducting the Pre-employment Background Check.
  • Audit and improve the existing Pre-employment Background Check process: its description, search for vulnerabilities and risks; proposal for improving the process.
  • Coordination with stakeholders in the recruitment and hiring process.
  • The corresponding employees' consulting and training (TA, HR and new team members).
  • Preparation of the reports on the revealed facts of negativity in relation to candidates and their justification.

Others:
  • Make proposals for improving the legal, organizational, and engineering measures to grant the security of the company with the usage of the best practices and knowledge based on the study of internal or external business issues.
  • Participation in the media activity of the division: preparation and participation of the webinars, workshops, and articles.
What makes you a great fit:
  • Good critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Understanding of fraud types
  • Familiarity with most of the company's products and processes, as well as most of the company's systems, reports and tools
  • Experience with fraud prevention in the financial services industry
  • 3 or more years of experience with internal or fraud-related investigations
  • 3 or more years of background screening or vendor verification experience
  • Analytical and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
  • Problem-solving
  • Excel/Google Sheets and docs
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Fluent in English
  • Russian/Mandarin, as in Advantage
  • Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese/Thai/Malay/Arabic/Indian would be an additional asset
