As a Safety & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for managing events and day-to-day operations of the Stadium.

Reporting to the Stadia Manager you will be part of the Stadia Team , who be responsible for managing the safety, security, sustainability and compliance of events and day-to-day operations of the Stadium. The protection of our colleagues, customers and visitors is at the core of this role.

What you will do

• C ommunications, training and briefings are carried out in line with the Stadia Communication Plan.
• T hey work with all four stadia - finding joint solutions to keep all four stadia aligned.
• M anage the turnstile operation on each event day.
• Managing health & safety at the Stadium with the guidance and support of the Stadia Health & Safety Manager.
• E ncourage all persons in Stadia to report accidents, incidents and near misses to the Safety Management Centre.
• Complete investigations regarding health and safety on the Service Now platform. For High/Critical this will be in conjunction with the Stadia Health & Safety Manager to develop in-depth root cause investigations.
• C arry out Safe & Secure audits as required.
• Deliver and coordinate the training and induction of colleagues in respect of health, safety and security issues.
• Ensure that statutory and licensable activities within the Stadium are conducted in accordance with any relevant and applicable licensing conditions and licensing objectives.

Who you are

• Do you have a NEBOSH Certification?
• Are you a G BGB License Holder?
• Are you confident in dealing with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner?
• Are you able to work alone and part of a wider team ?
• You must be a decisive decision maker - able to deal with multiple issues without losing focus on our aim of keeping spectators, visitors and colleagues safe.
• Do you have experience in training, communication, and stakeholder management?
