Job Summary:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The CIO oversees the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, network, virtualization, cybersecurity, and IT operations to support the organization's operations and growth. Additionally, the CIO plays a crucial role in driving innovation, digital transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a long-term IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
• Oversee all aspects of IT operations, management of IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, network, virtualization, cybersecurity.
• Manage and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and return on investment.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage and enhance business processes.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the organization's data is protected.
• Represent the IT department at executive meetings and effectively communicate IT initiatives and priorities.
• Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the financial technology sector.
• Proven experience in the year-to-year capacity planning of the complex on-site infrastructure
• Proven experience in automating IT operational processes and infrastructure, hardware, network, virtualization, cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in infrastructure planning and architectural design: skilled in developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies, designing enterprise system architectures, managing architectural solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Strong understanding of microservices and monolithic architecture concepts
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus, or already based in the region.
