Network Security - Channel Sales Director EMEA

Summary

As the Channel Sales Director in EMEA, you will drive Aryaka's Channel Sales strategy within the region. You will leverage your disciplined and customer-centric sales approach to build and maintain strategic relationships with indirect channels such as VARs, MSPs, and Resellers. Your deep knowledge of the SASE markets and your proven track record of exceptional sales achievement will enable you to engage effectively with C-level executives and other key decision-makers. You will strategically identify, develop, and close business opportunities while exceeding sales targets, maximizing partner participation, and enhancing Aryaka's brand and reputation in the marketplace.

What Are Your Performance Objectives
  • Identify and Close Business: Strategically identify, establish, develop, and close business opportunities within your assigned region, consistently exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Maximize Partner Participation: Increase penetration and frequency of engagements with channel partners in your territory.
  • Discover and On-Board New Partners: Proactively discover, enable, and on-board new channel partners for Aryaka in your territory.
  • Conduct Training: Provide channel partners and their staff with all necessary training on products, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with partners and Aryaka's leadership team to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Develop Customer Account Plans: Implement specific customer and opportunity plans to drive upsell in existing accounts.
  • Market Insights: Provide timely and detailed information on market needs, buying trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Forecast and Pipeline Management: Accurately manage forecasts and pipeline development to drive sales attainment.
  • Brand and Reputation: Play a vital role in developing and maintaining Aryaka's brand and reputation in the marketplace.

You Will Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 8 Years in Network Technology Sales: At least 3 years of recent experience selling Network Security products with a focus on strategic sales.
