As the Clinical Governance and Risk Business Partner, you will support the operational delivery and implementation of lnHealth's governance and risk frameworks.
Main duties of the job
Support the implementation of quality improvement activities aimed at improving patient or organisational safety.Support operational managers in evidencing compliance with applicable regulatory and professional standards.Provide a visible and accessible governance support to allocated business areas.Identify areas of non-compliance and support operational manager in the creation and implementation of appropriate remedial action plans.Support the organisation in achieving its goal of making healthcare better for our patients.

The role involves exercising strategic and operational leadership across all areas of quality, governance and risk management throughout the organisation.

- Lead the day to day management of the organisations clinical governance and risk management systems and processes in screening.
- Provide assurance to the InHealth Executive Team (ET) and Board on the quality and effectiveness of services delivered.
- Identify areas of improvement and ensure realistic and achievable action plans are designed and implemented throughout InHealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee clinical governance and risk management framework.
- Develop and implement policies for clinical governance, patient safety, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Manage the Risk and Governance Committee and provide operational support for the CQ Team.
- Advise senior leaders on quality and governance activities.
- Develop and evaluate clinical governance and safeguarding systems.
- Analyze key performance data and clinical risk information; report trends and suggest solutions.
