We are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester, who will be at the forefront of our efforts to identify and mitigate security risks. You will conduct thorough assessments of systems, networks, and applications to uncover vulnerabilities and recommend actionable improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in fortifying our defenses against cyber threats, and you will have the chance to mentor and guide junior testers, shaping the future of our security practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, networks, and systems to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and execute advanced attack simulations, including red teaming exercises.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, risk levels, and remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement security best practices.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
  • Develop custom scripts, tools, and methodologies to enhance penetration testing capabilities.
  • Lead incident response efforts when security breaches occur.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior penetration testers and other security team members.
  • Contribute to the development of security policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Participate in security audits and assessments for compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or a related cybersecurity role.
  • Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CVEs) and exploitation techniques.
  • Proficiency with penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark).
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CEH, CISSP) are highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading security projects and mentoring junior team members.
