Our client is offering a Cybersecurity Analyst the opportunity to join their Information Security team. The team is growing to encompass further requirement - they are committed to protecting the business and helping their staff to be secure in ther work.
They are looking for a meticulous and detail-orientated security analyst to be responsible for monitoring the security systems in their organisation.

What you'll need to succeed To be successfully appointed, you should have a strong working knowledge of cybersecurity, including intrusion prevention and incidence response. You should be strong analytically with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Operational hands-on experience in some of the following technologies is required:

Our client is offering a Cybersecurity Analyst the opportunity to join their Information Security team. The team is growing to encompass further requirement - they are committed to protecting the business and helping their staff to be secure in ther work.
They are looking for a meticulous and detail-orientated security analyst to be responsible for monitoring the security systems in their organisation.
Responsibilities are below:
- Monitor, act on security incidents, requests, and events to ensure that threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches are managed to minimise impact to confidentiality, integrity and availability of MGS systems and data.
- Prioritise and diagnose security incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Investigate the causes of incidents, document findings and seek resolution.
- Escalate unresolved incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Facilitate recovery, following the resolution of incidents [SN1].
- Document and close resolved security incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Managing, monitoring Security software (CrowdStrike, Appcheck, Active Directory)
- Managing IS reports (CrowdStrike, Mimecast, business)
