Site based role within our Customer Contact Centre in Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our G4S Customer Contact Centre in Wath Upon Dearne provides advice and support to the public on behalf of our clients. We have experienced rapid growth and are now a team of over 2000 people who spend their day helping people.

About the Role

As a member of the department monitoring and audit function, you will support the achievement of contractual measures across all client work streams by engaging, coaching and motivating all colleagues to adhere to G4S and client processes to ensure operational excellence is achieved, as well as process and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out multiple operational processes to ultimately ensure the departmental compliance/security is upheld and the operation is not at risk.
  • Assess and process system access requests.
  • Implement and adhere to all departmental quality requirements including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Support internal and client compliance audits to ensure requirements achieved.
  • Ensure all risks and concerns around department quality are flagged to the relevant bodies, followed up and analysed for continuous improvement.
  • Work through pre-live processes to ensure new employees have the relevant checks and meet criteria to join the department safely, securely and on time.
  • Ensure all operational documentation meets compliance requirements.
  • Communicate changes through the operation in a clear, engaging manner to ensure processes are followed and the operation is compliant.
  • Conduct and record daily security floor walks of all areas within the Customer Contact Centre.
  • Manage keys for the building, keeping records of holders and persons approved to draw.
  • Issue, manage and maintain passes issued to personnel for the building using the symmetry system.
  • Conduct routine checks of CCTV and Automated Access Control System to ensure functionality, reporting any faults discovered.
