This is an exciting opportunity to join Bromley's Facilities Management Team as the service continues to Transform to meet the needs of the Council and its residents now and in the future. This is a challenging role; the Council have undergone and continues to undergo momentous change through its Transformation Programme including the purchase of its new headquarters and the rationalisation and improvement of its Estate through the Operational Property Review.

As Compliance Manager you will provide a lead in all matters relating to auditing and ensuring that the LBB managed, properties are fully compliant with all statutory and other relevant approved codes of practice.

A key aspect of your role will be providing specialist expert compliance advice to the authority, departments and satellite sites, external bodies, contractors the HSE, CQC and visitors in addition to delivering management reports to evidence the Council's on-going commitment to compliance and contributing to our vision of Building and even better Bromley.

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of building management and related statutory legislation int addition to an understanding of mechanical and electrical services.
