As partof continued long-term digital transformation they are looking to grow theirpermanent technology team. They have an immediate requirement for aActive Directory Identity Engineer to join their Digital Services team whichcurrently numbers nearly 200 staff.
AsA Senior Active Directory and Identity SME ,you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ActiveDirectory and Cloud Identity technologies while leveraging automation tools andTechniques to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge andhands-on experience in Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, Azure AD Connent,Azure Cloud Sync, Conditional Access Policies, Single Sign-on (SSO), GroupPolicies, Windows Server 2012-2022, and Privileged Access Management.
You willwork within our cyber security team, which includes specialist areas such assecurity operations, security engineering, and digital identity (your primaryrole).
Theideal candidate should have experience in large environments and leadinginitiatives. In addition, you will have experience troubleshooting complextechnical issues, and providing support to security, operations, anddevelopment teams. The candidate will bring agile and product-led experience tohelp deliver comprehensive solutions for our organisation.
You mustbe adept at communicating with both technical staff in the Digital, Data, andTechnology Directorate, and non-technical colleagues across the business,particularly when managing incidents and explaining identity and securityrequirements.
