Job Description
Contract Type: Fixed Term for 2 years
Working Hours: 37 per week. 1 Post Available
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £26,421 (Level One) - rising to £28,770 (Level Four) per annum (pro rata for part time)
Location: Byron House, Maid Marion Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS

About the Role
The post holder will be part of the Migration Team supporting the Asylum Dispersal programme, Refugee Resettlement and the Homes for Ukraine scheme which are all funded by the Home Office. Each week the post holder will spend 3 days working with the Resettlement and Asylum Team and 2 days with Homes for Ukraine Team. They will undertake office administration and finance duties such as: minute taking, diary management, room bookings, making payments, keeping accurate records, monitoring inboxes, and answering queries from service users and partners.

The ideal candidate will have:
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

About You

- Ability to undertake office, administration duties including minute taking, with good knowledge and application of office workflow practices and systems
- Understanding of financial regulations, processes, and systems
- Broad experience of communicating effectively with people at various levels (internally and externally) via telephone, face to face and in writing, including progress chasing and problem resolution where required
