The Group Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting the Company at a Group level in complying with all relevant local laws of the entities of the Group. This person will be responsible to support and to provide advice and guidance on a Group Level, in relation to any regulatory related inquiry and implement the Compliance Risk Assessment on a Group Level.

The role:
The Group Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting the Company at a Group level in complying with all relevant local laws of the entities of the Group. This person will be responsible to support and to provide advice and guidance on a Group Level, in relation to any regulatory related inquiry and implement the Compliance Risk Assessment on a Group Level.
How you can make a difference:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes across all operating or potential jurisdictions.
- Ensure the company's full compliance with all applicable regulations and local laws.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Guidance and assistance to the Compliance Officers appointed for Group entities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective compliance assessment program in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews of products and services.
- Maintain and update licenses, ensuring renewals and reporting obligations are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present regular compliance reports.
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
- Address and manage client complaints.
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes
- Prepare and collaborate with other departments to automate regulatory reports, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance matters, including adherence to internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory expectations
- Ensure that all employees are informed and trained on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of compliance controls, escalating issues where necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance-related activities, decisions, and reports.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Finance/Economics/Business or a related field;
- 3+ years' experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role
- Relevant professional certification (i.e. CySEC Advanced) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.
- Analytical thinker, and a problem solver with the ability to think creatively and "out of the box".
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to details.
