We're currently looking to appointan experienced Compliance Manager to join our Richmond or Sevenoaksoffice.

The successful candidate will be the key point of contact to guide, support and ensure the lettings division is compliant with: HMO Licensing, Cladding & MEES.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ARLA Propertymark Technical Award as a minimum

• 5 years + experience working in the lettings industry
