What we are looking for from you:
- Up to date knowledge and experience with all key regulatory developments applicable to First Response Finance (Consumer Duty, CONC, GDPR etc..).
- ICA Qualification or equivalent, or desire to engage with self-learning opportunities and enrol on a suitable external Compliance based qualification.
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and oral and the ability to influence others.
- Experience of using data and statistics to aid decision making.
Here's some things you will do in this role:
- Provide effective "Horizon Scanning" to identify the implications of regulation and market best practice on the business.
- Assist the Head of Compliance to generate and maintain compliance oversight, including (but not limited to) identification, assessment, management and resolution of conduct and regulatory risk issues.
- Be a support in the creation, improvement, and maintenance of our"Customer Outcome" management information and surveys.
- Provide regulatory compliance education and training in support of the business.
- Represent First Response Finance at relevant external committees and meetings.
