Recruitment and Compliance Officer
Location: Dublin 7
Contract: Initial 3-6 months
Hours: 35 hours per week (Office-based initially)

The Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Officer to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment and compliance processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and building talent pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
  • Garda Vetting/Compliance:
    Oversee Garda vetting and compliance renewals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Provide guidance on compliance queries and liaise with relevant bodies as needed.
  • HR Generalist Support:
    Assist with implementing HR policies, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to team projects as required.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/ or Garda vetting/ compliance within the public sector or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment is highly advantageous.
  • Generalist HR experience is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
